▶PLEASE CAREFULLY READ ALL INFORMATION CONCERNING OUR GUIDELINES.
The customer must select agreement to the terms and conditions at the payment stage when preparing the order in our store. That means you AGREE with our SHOP POLICIES.
▶CUSTOM ORDERS
We need to discuss about the price of the piece with our manufacturer once we get samples or drawing if you would like to order them.
The lead time is 1 to 2 month.
*Custom orders are FINAL SALE, NO RETURN AND EXCHANGE. Cancellation fee can apply, 70% of total cost if you send us cancellation request in the middle of production.
Since all items are made to orders as we state, it is not possible to accept return request for refund or exchange for large quantity orders because the items are produced for your needs also plating items have limited life time, we can't restore items back or resell them to other customers.
IMPORTANT:
HIGH VOLUME ORDERS (20 quantity of one single item purchase and above) WILL BE CONSIDERED AS A CUSTOM ORDER.
▶Quality Control
*Monitor variations will result in slight color variation from the original.
*All items are hand-casted, it may result in items can be slightly different each time we produce them. It does not mean they are defected.
*CHAINS ARE FINAL SALE.
*Clasps - If a clasp does not open "correctly" - it is because of the residue from the plating process.
This is very common in mass produced items.
TIP: If you open and close in a consistent motion, the residue will clear up.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE YOU THE LIFE TIME OF THE PLATING PRODUCTS, ALL PLATING ITEMS WILL CHANGE THEIR COLORS OVER TIME.
IT IS NORMAL WEAR OF USE. THE LIFE TIME OF THE PLATING PRODUCTS ARE DEPENDED ON HOW YOU TAKE CARE OF THEM. ANY TYPE OF MOISTURE WILL RUIN THE PLATING.
▶PACKAGING
All items are securely wrapped in bubble envelope. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages during shipment. Lost or Damaged during shipment must be taken to your postal service, you can purchase insurance for your items, please contact us if you would like insurance for your order.
▶MATERIALS
Our supplies are PLATED over Brass or Pewter. We have few selections of plating; Gold Plate, Rhodium Plate, Rose gold Rhodium Plate, Oxidized Rhodium (Gunmetal) Plate, Antique Brass Plate, Black Jewelry Coating, and sometimes Enamel Paint. Plated items does not mean they are fine metals. Plated items have limited life. Exposing to moisture, chemicals, natural oils, etc will cause a shortening of plated life. Bumcharms does not at any time offer warranty of our items that have been purchased. Plated Life can vary. All chains we have listed on our shop are final sale. Returns or exchange is not acceptable.
▶COLORS
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
▶General Shipping Days
All items are plated, they have limited life time. We would like to keep all items be fresh, we have very minimal inventory due to the life time of products. We usually mail out orders within 1-5 business days after receiving payment.
▶DOUBLE CHECKING YOUR ADDRESS
We highly recommend you to double check your Shipping Address. We are not responsible for orders that go out to the Wrong Address.
▶CUSTOMS
If an item or package is stuck at Customs, Bumcharms is NOT responsible for paying, reimbursing, and/or re-sending packages.
Packages stuck at Customs is not our responsibility.
Packages that have additional charges is not our responsibility.
